Cellular phones have changed our relationships with the people around us. Today, instead of sitting down at the table with friends to chat and catch up, we sit down at a table with friends and then we do most of the chatting on our cell phones. Most of us can't resist a quick glance at our phones! It's found that even having a phone nearby without checking it is enough to hurt relationships. Though you may not be ready to give up your phone for good just because you are in a serious relationship it certainly won't hurt to consider leaving it at home every now and then when you are enjoying a day out with your friends and family.
